What is #HU100?

"#HU100" is the Hebrew University of Jerusalem’s global day of giving – an opportunity for alumni, students, parents, friends, faculty and staff – to join forces in celebrating 100 years of knowledge.

When is #HU100?

In honour of the University’s 100th anniversary since the laying of the cornerstones, #HU100 will begin on Tuesday, July 24th.

Why is #HU100 different than any other day?

University thanks to some generous alumni and friends through matches and challenges. This means your gift has the opportunity to go further and make an even bigger impact.

Yes, we know that not all donors’ schedules may allow them to participate on July 24th. You can make a gift online via or by contacting your local Friends Organization (https://campaign.huji.ac.il/content/friends). Please be sure to indicate #HU100 in the comments section.

Is my credit card payment secure?

Yes, the Hebrew University Jerusalem and it’s Friends Organizations use secure, off-site payment processing via Stripe or PayPal to process credit card transactions.

Will my #HU100 gift be tax-deductible?

Please contact your local Friends Organization for tax regulations in your participating country.
